MyCalo offers its clients the opportunity to participate in contests and receive offers and communications from the Calo-Lavage Group. These offers are valid at Calo car wash and fuel stations.

The offers are presented in the form of a digital ticket and can be used according to the conditions described in the ticket.

Use of the mycalo.ch website necessarily implies acceptance of these terms of use and the disclaimers contained herein.

No guarantee is provided regarding the content of texts and/or links accessible via mycalo.ch.

MyCalo declines all liability for any damage that may result from the use of the website or the downloading of files.

Only Swiss law is applicable.

In the event of price changes, no additional charges or refunds will be made for products already sold.

Before using an offer, the beneficiary must carefully read and comply with the terms of the offer.

Files containing the data of mycalo.ch beneficiaries have not been submitted to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) for registration.

Validity

Each offer cannot be combined with other offers. The use or attempted use of an invalid or already redeemed offer is prohibited. To benefit from an offer, the beneficiary must present it on their phone or in printed form upon arrival.

Modification

MyCalo.ch reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. After such modifications, the new terms and conditions are deemed accepted.
